From its modest beginnings in the early 1980's, as a small real estate development firm and commercial general contractor, JL Management has spent the past few decades building new projects from the ground up and buying and selling existing ones.  Through these efforts it has blossomed into a substantial operator of neighborhood community shopping centers, free standing single tenant investments, and land holdings.  

While now focused mainly on the operation of their existing centers, the firm does periodically  reinvestment its income in single tenant investments.
